Bringing Life’s Soundtracks to the ForefrontSir Daniel + Jay Ray mindfully curate the Black music experience with a distinct point of view. Even if I don’t like a particular song or an artist they have in the queue, I learn from them because their research is on point + their references link to other things within the culture. They speak the names of all who contribute to the music industry and this is so important. Because they are in the podcast space, I trust that our voices are recorded and our musical contributions are noted. It helps that they are smart, witty and funny! Keep going

This heady joint is actually a series of music documentaries with two affable hosts who invite us into their living room to explore all music has to offer. Each listen I laugh, learn, and lean into the joy this offering provides.

One of my favorite music podcasts. Often, we know nothing about the history of what we listen to. These hosts make us smarter about the music we listen to while keeping it entertaining. I am grateful for this podcast because it makes me want to be more informed about music. Great job !

Musical History, DJ’s, and Great Guests! What else could you ask for in a podcast? This is where MusicHeads can come together and talk about different genres of music that move the people hearts and feet. If you are ready to learn something new and old about the music that has colored every moment of your life, just dip your toe into the water. It’s just right.
